We all have unique experiences in life, and most of us will face challenges that may seem unbearable at times. So much so, that we can find it difficult to separate ourselves from the actual problems we face. The good news is, we don’t have to face those challenges alone!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, it may not be a surprise that I value relationship. After all, humans are relational beings.

Our interactions with others, amongst other variables, can strongly influence how we experience reality. Therefore, developing a different type of relationship – a healing relationship, can be integral in exploring and accessing your strengths, acknowledging your truths, and unlearning patterns of thinking and behaving that hinder you from living your life intentionally, authentically, and fully.

My hope is that during and through our sessions together, you will feel at ease, experience respect and genuine care, and feel empowered to face life’s challenges with utmost confidence in your yourself.
