We all have unique experiences in life, and most of us will face challenges that may seem unbearable at times. So much so, that we can find it difficult to separate ourselves from the actual problems we face. The good news is, we don’t have to face those challenges alone!
I can help you understand how your lived experiences impact how you’re feeling today.
My clients work with me after noticing strong feelings including anger, guilt, and shame. They also often experience depression and anxiety, and don’t understand why.
When working with me, you will obtain tools that build a strong mind-body connection in order to feel more at ease in the midst of life’s challenges. You will identify patterns of thinking and behaving that hinder you from living your life intentionally, authentically, and fully. You will also explore and uncover specific factors that shape how you navigate the world. Ultimately, you will revive and restore your sense of self — improving self-trust, self-esteem, and self-confidence.
My goal as your therapist on your healing journey is to foster a dynamic built on a foundation of respect and genuine care as you explore the complexities of your life, and work toward meaningful change.
